How much is hosting after the free period?

The hosting for your website after the 12-month period will be £25 p/m, which will be billed on the first of every month

Can I use my own hosting?

Yes, you are welcome to use your own hosting if you wish, we do not tie you to our own hosting. We do, however, strongly advise against this. The reason for this is that all websites we create run on a content management system that requires regular security updates to avoid viruses and hacking and also website backups. Cheap hosting providers will not provide these security updates for you and you will be required to do these yourself, which runs the risk of damaging your website.

What is a Content Management System?

A content management system is a platform on which we build your website and is a term used to describe the fact that you can edit the website via an online panel. This means you can update the website in a few clicks, change text or maybe even add a video, without the need to contact us!

Absolutely not, we can help you with your content for an additional cost.

You can use your own domain, we will just need to gain access to redirect the domain to our servers.

No, a live chat is considered an additional product and will be charged for accordingly.

If you are unhappy with your website in the amendments stage, you must clearly state this. The adjustments will be made effectively immediately. If however, you claim you are happy with the website and then decide you don’t like it, we will not issue a refund. We can correct any work you are unhappy with but you will be billed accordingly.

We are flexible on payments and will allow 5 days over due date. However, if no payment is made after the deadline.. We will have no other choice but to suspend your website until payment is made.

There are no additional costs, only any changes or extras you require.

Yes, we offer 12 months of support with any build. This can include, changes in products in your shop (if relevant). Changes to texts and images.

Build time depends on the size and complexity of the website. E-commerce sites and multi-lingual sites tend to take longer than standard brochure sites. Our designers will give you a rough time frame once they know all requirements.

When your website is complete, we’ll book a call with you where we will take you through your website. After the call, your website will be live for 24 hours. During this time you can have a thorough look through your new site and note any changes you want to make.

These changes will need to be sent to us via email, then we can schedule a call to go through your revisions.

There will only be 1 revision stage, this will be for all the important things you want to change.

If you are unhappy after the revision stage, you can request another free revision. In which we will review.

However, remember the finer details ie text changes, image changes etc will be included with your full support for a year.
